@@gogolerius do u have any fur tutorial ? as u have arnold render , it will be good if u make a fur tutorial with arnold . where the fur sizes are diffrent on charter and fur color follows uv texture color.

how are the poligons sticking to the meshon which you are makng like how are the new poligons following the same normal angles overwhich you are drawing ?
Polygon Pen creates new polygons and if you activate Snap(poygon snap) it catches the polygons to place there.

In the video, you used a little sculling tool for wrinkle-like details after modeling I understand that polygons increase in this process. If I look at this lecture and use the modeling of High Polygon If I want to proceed with the next task (rigging, animation) Wouldn't it be overloaded with sculling modeling? Please tell me how to do it for detailed animation.
Hi. It is a good question. In this situation we can not rig and animate model easly and you are right. So our process must be like this: After modeling the base mesh we should create uv map for model. then we can sculpt for details. I everything is ok with our sculpt we can bake this sculpt as a baking texture(displacement, normal map). we can use cinema 4d, substance painter, zbrush for baking these textures. after baking and creating these textures we dont need high poly version of our model anymore. Because our baking textures have all the sculpting detail datas. Finally we can rig our base model and animate and we can use this displacement for our material. every each render engines have different material options to use displacement map. you can search for it in youtube. (keywords: baking displacement, normal map, using displacement map for ......... render engine).

hi! i've just test vantage with c4d but... when i use Vantage live link inside c4d the scene appear darker than the interactive render window..what i miss?tnx
Hi. Please check the scene with Vray render engine. if you dont get issue it must work on vantage interactive render.
Very impressive sculptures, specially that girl with glowing hair effect. It would be great if you make a tutorial on how to make a good skin texture

Thanks for your comment. Actually it is not better tool for sculpting. Even I am not a good digital sculpture I want to create somethings simple and my aim is to share some simple and basic stuffs to people. If they need something like this at the cinema 4d they will know about some basic experiences
You are very good at sculpting. How many polygons c4d can handle in sculpting before it lags?@@gogolerius
The biggest disadvantage of C4d is polygon count. It depends on your pc specs but after one million polygon you cant handle it easyly.

The only way I could find to get perfect UVs tithed to the artwork is modeling it in MD. If you had some legal texts on the back it will not work with this approach.

Hi Salama. you have two option to merge two different object. First one is Volume builder. Second one is Volume Mesh in the sculpt module.

Actually I didnt try it before. Now tested. Cached or baked(as Alembic) cloth simulation files works in Chaos Vantage.

@@gogolerius Is it possible to export the camera separately from the scene? I have a large scene (about 3 GB) and it works in Vantage without animation. But when I include the animated cameras the file came out to be 82 GB! I am trying to save the camera animation as a scene by itself now, and then merge it with the large scene. No luck so far though.
I dont think so. I tried something like this now but I couldnt import camera seperately to scene. Yes normally vrscene is bigger than c4d file I think because of frame length and scene complexity. Maybe you can optimize your scene and try to get files to vantage part-part. (not all animation frames)
@@gogolerius Thanks for the reply!! I will try your suggestion. It looks like 3DS users are able to render long and complex animations using live link, but the C4D version does not have that capability. Hopefully they will add that for us in the near future!
I dont have a big file to try it. Added trees with vray scatter(around 25000). and it works well. maybe it can be interested in pc configuration?

Hello! I'm a college student studying C4D. When I sculpt in C4D, it seems like the polygon count increases significantly. How do you manage the increase in polygon count?
Hi. You can download this: we.tl/t-eQV6x9edih In the video you can see there are two option to play with polygon count. I use and prefer second one. because of when I add something like ear or nose extra I can combine all them easly. Also it helps me to remesh my sculpt. when sculting finished I do manual retopo with the polygon pen tool. at this video I didnt manual retopo, I used basically remesh tool at the end of the video. to get best result you should do manual retopo. this type of workflow is my main goal.
In my cinema 4d 2024 the object appears white when I create it, in the past it was dark gray, better gray
Hi Robson. You can try to change color of objects in the viewport (Ctrl+D > Project > Display Color). If this one is not solution please look at viewport menu( Display > Shading > (ıf Constand Shading selected, select the other one(Gouraud Shading)))
